Any websites with age appropriate stimulation activities? I have 4 Black Russians ages: 12 months, 6 years, 7 years and 9.5 years.

Oddly enough, there are none that are not based on anecdote. Again, there are precious few data. But ... there is a range of motion resource that I love because, although it was developed for older or injured dogs, it can be used for dogs of all ages and if done regularly, had a real physical and behavioral stimulatory effect.
