Brief Bio (include professional interests, hobbies, etc.):
feline practice, veterinary acupuncture; I am a member of IVAPM (veterinary pain management academy) and the American Association of Feline Practitioners. I am also interested in dermatology, clinical nutrition, geriatric medicine and internal medicine in general, behavior, and emergency and critical care medicine. I am a visual artist (watercolor and colored pencil) and my work is in collections in North America and the United Kingdom. I also am a writer with a passion for writing about feline health topics for both veterinarians and the general public. I am a regular contributor of journal article summaries to the AAFP online newsletter, "The Scratching Post," and to the Winn Feline Foundation Cat Health Topics blog. Much of this material is secondarily disseminated throughout the world by other organizations providing feline health journal article summaries.
