Dr. Lori Kogan - a psychologist and professor of clinical sciences at Colorado State University - will create an understanding of the critical concepts of psychological safety within the veterinary practice setting. Participants will learn strategies to create a work environment where team members feel safe to express ideas, admit mistakes, and take calculated risks without fear of negative consequences. The session will also delve into the characteristics of authentic leaders and how they can positively impact team dynamics, client satisfaction, and overall practice success.
Registrants will be invited to join in a live and interactive debriefing session to be held on 3/12/25!
