By nature, most veterinary care providers are "givers" - often ignoring their own needs and focusing on the needs of others first. Unhealthy boundaries occur when we do not set limits on ourselves and others, and they are a common cause of anxiety, fatigue, and burnout.

In this week's byte of Wellness Wisdom, learn more about unhealthy boundaries and how to build better ones.
