8 yr old M/N Corgi, prior history of LSA in remission for the last 1.5 years. Acutely presents for progressive anorexia x 5 days. Physical examination shows normal lymph nodes (PCR negative for LSA), tender on GI palpation. Exploratory surgery performed. What's your diagnosis?
