During tonight's presentation, on the topic of MEMO, an attendee commented:
I have something called a Cat Fence which is an attachment for the top of a chain link fence to keep the cats in. They are able to go outside without a lot of risk and it was pretty inexpensive. It does not eliminate the risk of hawks and owls but it takes people, cars and dogs more out of the picture. Makes the fenced area look a little like the fenced yard of a penetentiary but takes very little work to put up and they can go out (so must deal with critters killed and brought in!)
