What is the best nutritional / supplemental support for a dog during the course of SRMA treatment ... e.g. Natural, cooked diets versus commercial foods? Are supplements (immune support, B vitamins, probiotics, etc) suggested or helpful?

There have been no studies evaluating different diets or nutritional supplements in dogs with SRMA.
