I am currently fostering an extremely startle-sensitive dog. She appears to have a compromised back leg control as her back legs usually shake uncontrollably. Could she be suffering from noise phobia?

The tremoring back leg is more likely to be caused by a different neurologic issue and your dog should be assessed by your veterinarian. Although tremoring due to fear or anxiety may be more noticeable in certain areas of the body, I would expect tremoring to be seen throughout the body with fear/
